                                                                                                        September 2010
Went down to The Beer Hut in Hudson (thanks Shriner for the ride) for Big Ragoos b-day, seen some old friends and meet a few new ones. It was also Diva Moms (winner of the vibrator races) b-day as well. We all had a great time as always w/The Ragoo. It was the first Sunday of the month everyone was off to Webster, in this HOT HEAT..Hope everyone stays hydrated. Then we were off to The Pits Lounge for the wonderful $5 plates of food. Kenny and his staff hold this great feeding, cold beer, and great mixed drinks after Webster every month. (First Sundays of the month) Pits also has every Friday night fish fry ($5 plate all you can eat) followed by a band.  Myself, Kevin, and Dawn rode out to Sleepy Hollow for their 5 yr anniversary party on Saturday 8-7-10. We were doing good till just north of Mac’s Place on 41 and the skies opened up on us.
Once we got there the wonderful Jenni Remmer was singing with her beautiful voice. The weather I think had alot of peeps staying home, but there was still a great turn out. Got to see lots of old friends..LeAnn, Ted, Ray, Cyn, and a few others..We headed back towards town where we stopped at Pits Lounge. As we all know we are in the rainy season so be careful where ever you may be heading as in Florida it might not be raining where your at but across the street it is.. Scootergoods is having their 6th year anniversary party out at Windy Acres in October..It will also be a BON meet n greet..So any of you BONERS out there that read this you can go look up event Windy Acres/ Scootergoods 6th Anniversary Party or look up myself "MONKEY" or Gene "HDGENE" or go to www.scootergoods.com Hope to see all of you there..More info to follow next month..                                                                                                                July 2010

I want to first start out by saying thank you to all who put rides, runs, or benefits together for any human that may need our help. Myself and HD Gene are on BON (www.bikerornot.com) it's a biker web site that keeps you updated to everything that is going on all over the U.S. I have some friends that know how to party over in the Deland area (that also help ones in need) that were at Kickstands during Leesburg Bike Fest. (raising alot of money for Comforts of Home) Even had a man dress as a woman..full dress, wig, boobs, makeup and even heels. A wonderful gentleman (as I am told) put together what is called Comforts Of Home. It is all in good faith what this man does for our troops and their families. He does not ask anything in return, except to keep supporting out troops!!!! As we all should!!!! He would like this to become a charity one day, but he is also aware that this will not happen just overnight and will take time. So to the main topic of this story and why there are a few out there that are upset...Not all the money that was raised went to Comforts Of Home. It has been posted that anywhere from $200 - $700 dollars have been sent to a pay pal account...I would like to remind everyone out there that we all live in the same COUNTRY!!!!! We all may need a helping hand sometime or another, so when we do join as a group to go  on these runs or to a benefit to help support someone or their families..Just remember we are there for a reason, to help out those who need it. I won't mention any names, but those who did this know who you are. I want to THANK Kickstands, Uncle Buck, and BON for bringing this to someone's attention!! If not who knows what may have happen and  they may have not found out about the money that grew legs. Way to go guys!!! This means you as well Korina...

Met up w/some BON friends to help support The Bud Run on the weekend of the 22nd. what a hell of a turn out for  Adriana with 417 bikes that showed. This run helps out a child every year w/costs for surgeries, recovery and their families in the time of need. It was great to see Cole up walking as he was last years child. As I was told he was in a wheelchair last year. This was my first time on this run but wouldn't miss it again. Thank you Shriner for your back seat. Went up to the Ocala area for the Memorial day weekend, had a blast!! Met some wonderful people and seen some back roads on the bike. Made a few stops at the local pubs in the area in between the rain. Hope all had a safe holiday and remember our troops. the past, present, and our future. Want to send a big thank you out to JO, Kenny (The Pits Lounge) and all that helped putting the staff party together.

June 2010
Well it was Leesburg weekend. Some of us rode to Steves for the BON crowning of the King n Queen, want to say CONGRATS to Deaf John B. and Debbie Plush Cushions. As Prince Sluggers Harley and Hi Tech Redneck as Princess. Then it was off to Kickstands where Tari Sue, Tina and Jan sure took good care of everyone there. Didn’t stay long there but by the pics on BON there was a hell of a party. 2 weeks later it was time to really party..In The Pasture...It was a great turn out with wonderful weather and great company. Last time I heard there was a little more than 2500 of you that showed up to support our vets. The bands kicked ass, food was good, and of coarse the beer was wonderful. Stayed up w/Terry Cole w/Adrian Ray band Thursday night till 1:30 then Friday kicked the real party off. Shaky Puddin band played till around 4 a.m. so we stayed at camp listening.

Thats the best thing about this event is you can stay at your camp and still hear everything. Saturday came to early, went and sat the beer tent up for the BUSY day ahead. Saw alot of new faces there this year lets hope we can see more next year. Bike games were a blast as always. Want to say thank you to Ken and Missy for such a wonderful weekend and having us. A big thank you goes out to Randy and Steve, as they were my drivers to bring home 2 first place plaques for Monkey Nation. Chickenman held the bike contest, not sure who won as I was washing hay out of my hair. (Thanks Wormy and Wes) I want to THANK all that volUnteered there time all weekend, if it wasn’t for all of you there would be no beer pouring, collecting $$ at the gate, picking up trash or even catching idiots that think they can go 100 mph on a 4-wheeler and most of all watching over me. (thanks Doobie) Hope all had a wonderful time. Summer is here and there are alot of IDIOTS on the road so be safe when riding. Till next time...

January 2010

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy and safe New Year!! Hopefully 2010 won’t be like 2009!! Well myself, Chrissy, and Tiffany headed down to St. Pete for a weekend of fun!!! Had a wonderful time at the Rib Fest. We walked around looking at all the bikes and old cars. (they have shows) ate lots of good food from all over, plus drank plenty of beer, listened to Blue Oyster Cult then headed back to the Marriott to get ready for a night on the town. St. Pete hosts the Rib Fest every year in November, if you have never been you should try it. (Lots of fun)In December we had a couple birthday’s to celebrate. Missed The Weeki Wachee Smokeout thiugh, as I hear it was great as usual. Hopefully next year I will make it. We had Kristy’s birthday party @ the Pits Lounge - all I can say is WOW what a time!!! Thanks to all who helped throw that together in a couple of hours. Haven’t been doing much of anything besides working, and we all know that sucks, but someone has to do it. Looking forward to the warm weather to come along soon. Hope you all have a nice January, and don’ t forget about Valentine’s in February.                                                                                          NoSkoolMonkey
